Champagne "All night long"

Can we bring you to heaven?

Maybe not, but this is an all-evening event with champagne. This night we serve 10 different courses with many different champagnes to see if we can understand the difference. We will speak about Blanc de Blanc, Blanc de Noirs, oaked, not oaked, dosage, recently disgorged and so on.
