We are sure Hilde gets up in the morning with a smile on her face. New day!, lets go out and make the best out of it. Decisive, but pleasantly so. That's Hilde. For her there is no such thing as the impossible.
When it comes to making team she is simply the best!
A master of sharing knowledge and happiness gives her return of investment from everybody in her surroundings. Good qualities for a woman who is certain that she has the best job in the world.
Hilde is a trained sommelier, and has worked in several top Oslo restaurants as well as the Vinmonopolet´s first "gourmet shop" at Briskeby (also in Oslo). She loves making food, looking for exciting ingredients and then go home to make the best out of them. She always looks for that little personal coffee shop or deli with the knowledgeable people working inside, and she gets to know them all.
Hilde is not necessarily meditative but enjoys beautiful musicians like Tord Gustavsson while she enjoys her artesian piece of chocolate.
She loves opening small oysters just as much as she does fishing for crabs. Yes! Fishing trout she did the other day with great success. A wonderful fish of 1,5 kg.
She collects Champagne, and she a big fan of both fresh fruit and clean water.
One of the things that she always shares is enthusiasm for the future. I'm sure she knows what will happen out there in a few years time! Scaring?
Hilde loves being in Oslo, but also misses shopping at A. Idsøe (Norway´s premiere butcher shop - "since 1828") or purchasing Vassøy crab right from the boat; both of these things in her hometown Stavanger.
Besides, all this, Hilde is my first choice for the job as Sales Manager in Better Wines because I sincerely believe she will help us create Norway's Best Wine Company
